For the eleventh edition of Curated Choice, Enter Art Fair invites Silas Adler and Svend Jacob Pedersen, founders of other circle, to curate a selection of artworks around the theme POST DISCIPLINE – A dismantling of rules and reason.
This edition of Curated Choice takes its starting point in post-disciplinary creative culture – an idea centered on breaking down traditional boundaries and disciplines to reach the core of creative energy.
The exhibition brings together works in which artists challenge their own practice, move beyond comfort zones, and push against established ways of thinking or creating. The selected works explore experimentation, disruption, and transformation, questioning rules, systems, and reason itself.
Together, the selected works reflect a contemporary creative landscape where conventional boundaries become less important than the ideas and encounters they make possible. Through different materials, methods, and perspectives, Curated Choice #11 invites visitors to consider the creative possibilities that emerge when curiosity and experimentation take precedence over rules and convention.

Silas Adler and Svend Jacob Pedersen are two of the five partners who founded other circle in Copenhagen in 2025.
Silas brings more than 20 years of experience from the fashion industry, where his practice has evolved across creative direction, design and cultural initiatives.
Svend comes from architecture and spatial design, with a practice centred on creating environments that shape how people experience design and culture.
Across the team, the five partners of other circle cover fashion, PR, music, production, and advertising. This diverse expertise allows other circle to naturally cover each aspect of a project from idea to execution, ensuring a thoughtful and cohesive process that meets their partner’s needs.

A road to friendship, 2025

This handwoven tapestry combines contemporary painting with traditional Iranian weaving techniques that have been passed down through generations. Produced in collaboration with Iranian weavers, embroiderers and craftspeople, it reflects a shared process of making across cultures.
The work is part of May Your Hand Not Hurt, a larger body of work developed by Jakob Veigar through an artistic collaboration between Iceland and Iran. Initiated during the COVID-19 pandemic, the project explores collaboration across cultures and challenges conventional ideas of authorship by bringing together multiple hands, materials and traditions. Shaped by distance, political barriers and limited access to materials, it reflects both resilience and human connection. The title, May Your Hand Not Hurt, is a Persian expression of gratitude towards those whose craftsmanship and labour made the work possible.

A paradox item, that can embody an idea of a welcome loneliness as well as welcome company. A bench is the most archetypal item of furniture – a name that’s inscribed in our language and through time been a part of our social surroundings. The word bank even derives from the word bench, which was once used to trade from.
The “x-bench small” is a social space and generous furniture with no front or back – a place where you invite someone else into your private space and create aspace to talk, watch, and feel the rhythm of the life around you. FOS works with objects and architectural projects that interact with its physical surroundings and explore how social relations influence each other.
The “x-bench small” is an edition of 15 each with concrete texture and there is a choice of different colors for the fabric.

Julia Woronowicz treats painting as a site of uncovering – not so much a surface as a palimpsest, where layers of history overlap, partially fade, and are carefully revealed. Her practice unfolds as an ethnofictional archive of an imagined Mazonian culture – a speculative system of knowledge stretched between research and fiction, document and myth. Yet within this imagined system, one repeatedly encounters traces of concealment. The Mazonian figures seem to operate underground, at the edges of visibility, as if forced to withdraw from official history into hidden chambers, forests, tunnels, improvised shelters, or rituals performed out of sight. The exhibition’s title, Secret Meeting, evokes precisely this condition: the sense of arriving too late, of encountering only fragments after the gathering has already dispersed.
